Brett Wyngarden

Brett Wyngarden has extensive experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. His success with two large national staffing firms over the past decade and experience working in multiple geographies has given him a broad perspective on the industry. Brett founded LarsenJames on the belief that many national and regional staffing companies were under delivering for their clients. The short-term sales driven "race to send clients resumes" approach is not working for the majority of clients who needed fully screened and quality candidates to help move their organizations forward.

Brett's work within the recruitment industry ranges all the way from recruiting and sales, to start-up and success of a full service staffing organization. Brett has worked with several clients on establishing technical job criteria, soft skill demands, and management of multiple contractor projects. Brett has managed accounts and recruited mainly in the following industries: Environmental, Information Technology, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, and Finance/Accounting. Brett's level of dedication and accomplishment has lead to significant long-term client working relationships.

Before entering the recruitment industry, Brett's background included a career in professional baseball where he competed on the collegiate level for both the University of Wisconsin and Northwestern University before being drafted in the 1992 Major League Baseball Draft by the Houston Astros. Brett competed for four years within the Houston Astros and Detroit Tiger minor league systems. Brett earned Academic All-Big Ten honors while obtaining his bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.

Frederick Rollins, Jr.

Fred has served as a strategic advisor to multiple firms within the staffing, and placement industry as well as many of nation's best known consumer products companies. Prior to co-founding LarsenJames with Brett, Fred was a principal in a strategy consulting firm based in San Francisco. He was responsible for client services and engagements focused on critical strategy development issues for both the portfolio and business unit levels. Fred maintains extensive industry contacts at senior executive levels of many of America's most revered companies.

Fred's belief that profitable growth is driven by a strong brand and strategic focus has been instrumental in shaping the LarsenJames position in the marketplace. Fred remains a committed believer that for a staffing firm to be successful it must produce results that improve the performance of a client's business or otherwise further the client's long-term best interests.

Fred holds a bachelors degree from the University of Michigan in economics and an MBA with distinction from Wake Forest University.

Kevin Kasprzyk

Kevin’s recruiting experience includes working for both an international staffing firm and as an internal recruiter for a multi billion dollar corporation. He has focused primarily within the industries of Engineering and Information Technology with an emphasis on working with highly skilled candidates.

Kevin believes that a successful recruiter will not place a candidate, but also focus on continuing their career path and development. This approach not only requires an understanding of candidate’s capabilities, but also the vision to identify the most suitable position. The recruitment process at LarsenJames fosters this approach and emphasizes successful placements for both clients and candidates.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. He was also a letter winner on the Men’s Golf Team and has achieved professional golf status while playing on the Phoenix Gateway Tour.
